How to get replies from your leads?
A Splitter will have multiple mailboxes under it, and each mailbox will send part of the emails. This makes it difficult to track all the replies, as they will be split across multiple mailboxes. This is the reason why we added a Reply-to address feature.
The idea is simple, you will get all your replies in your preferred mailbox. This will make it easier for you to interact with your leads.
To set up your Reply-to email, there are two methods:
In the Splitter creation menu, you’ll have a text box labeled “Reply-to” (see the screenshot below). You can enter the chosen Reply-to email address there, and you’ll be good to go.

Adding your reply-to email while creating your Splitter is not mandatory. You can create the Splitter, then add the Reply-to email address later on using the following method:
After creating a Splitter, if you want to change, assign or remove your Reply-to email, you can follow these two steps:
In your Splitter page, you can click on the Settings button in the top right corner as shown in this screenshot:

Then, you can enter your Reply-to email address in the “Reply-to” text box, and click on Update Splitter. Similarly, you can change it there or remove it altogether.

Once the Reply-to address is set up, you will receive all your reply emails in the designated mailbox. You’ll be able to continue your conversations with leads in your favorite email client.

Method 1: Assigning a Reply-to address while creating a Splitter
